Experience Commerce (a Cheil company)
Planned and executed communications and promotional activities for the launch of Core values of the company. This included multiple videos, leadership interviews, imagery, website, premise branding and overall communication around the corporate values.
I am dedicated to promoting sustainability through green initiatives, recycling, water conservation, and supporting girl child education and women empowerment. At Prime Focus Technologies, I created and implemented a Sustainability policy, making a positive impact on the company's environmental and social footprint.

I have been actively involved in various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, including my association with Project Nanhikali, which is supported by the KC Mahindra Trust and focuses on providing education to underprivileged girls. Additionally, I have taken part in multiple environmental campaigns such as green drives and Swachh Bharat activities aimed at creating a cleaner and more sustainable environment.

As the head of Marketing, I defined and designed the Rewards and recognition programme for the company. Launched the programme through various communication channels including digital video, premise branding, email communications and web promotions.
Promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace not only improves employee satisfaction but also enhances business success. To achieve this, leaders must fully embrace and prioritize it, establish diverse work environments, and foster inclusive cultures with equal opportunities. At PFT, I helped formulating the Diversity and Inclusion policy.

I have extensive experience in planning and executing large-scale events worldwide, handling everything from conceptualizing key messaging to designing booths, launching products and services, organizing speaking sessions, producing thought leadership pieces, and managing media, PR and social media efforts. Some of the notable events that I have successfully managed include NAB Show, IBC Show, Broadcast Asia, Broadcast India BVE, JCK Las Vegas, and HPA Tech Retreat.
On International Women's Day, I spearheaded a campaign centered around the theme of "Embracing Equity." The campaign featured a group of women at EC who shared their perspectives on what Equity means to them. Additionally, the campaign involved male employees at EC who shared their admiration for their female colleagues, highlighting the diverse workforce at EC. Overall, the campaign was highly impactful in promoting Equity and supporting the women at EC.

I took responsibility for crafting the essential positioning and value propositions for our services. Additionally, I designed a fresh website for EC Studios (www.ecstudios.in) and updated the Experience Commerce website, ensuring that both websites were optimized for search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance the generation of website traffic and attract business leads.
I crafted and executed diverse communication and promotional approaches to launch the company's core values. These approaches involved producing multiple videos, conducting leadership interviews, promoting through social media channels, and leveraging internal employee communication channels.
In an effort to promote gender equality and empowerment in our company, I created a video in celebration of Equality Day. The video featured the perspectives of every female employee at EC, highlighting their individual views on what equality truly means. The video was shared across all of our social media platforms, effectively amplifying the voices of these remarkable women and drawing attention to the importance of gender equality in the workplace.
As part of my responsibilities in PR & Comms, I created and circulated press releases to maximize the reach of our message. Through my efforts, the company received coverage in nearly all prominent advertising and media outlets. Additionally, I facilitated numerous media engagements and helped elevate the profiles of our leadership team through effective PR strategies.

I implemented employee engagement initiatives to boost motivation and efficiency, including an Employees page on EC website with sections like Life at EC, Company values, R&R Program, and Employee testimonials. I also organized events and featured EC employees in communications to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
